Why Angeline Roses?

I named this company in honor of my mother — Angeline — the most creative, resilient, and loving woman I know. Everything I bring to life through this business is a reflection of her spirit, her artistry, and the beauty she created so effortlessly.
Some of my dearest memories are winter nights spent around the fire, watching her knit cardigans and sweaters with skill and grace. My older sisters wore gorgeous hand-sewn dresses with pleats, florals, lace, and bows — full skirts made for twirling and dreaming. By the time I was old enough, those handmade treasures had faded out of fashion, and I wore store-bought dresses. Only later did I realize what I had missed: not just clothing, but the love and intention stitched into every piece.
I also named this brand Roses because they are my favorite flower — a symbol of beauty, strength, and timeless elegance. Much like a rose, this business was built layer by layer, with care, creativity, and deep roots. I find constant inspiration in the way a rose blooms — unapologetically, gracefully, and always with purpose.
Angeline Roses is a tribute to the woman who taught me to smile through adversity and to create beauty wherever I go. I hope one day to become even half the woman she is.
I love you, Mom.
